Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in IPE/Chemical Engineering from any reputed university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the manufacturing processes for tissue factory and ensure quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
∎ Set raw material and chemicals ratio.
∎ Liaise with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required.
∎ Diagnose problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.
∎ Establish safety procedures and protocols that take the workers' well-being into account and observe between the worker’s relations in order to have a congenial atmosphere.
∎ Check daily working report of the production and stock preparation
∎ Prepare and keep the daily and monthly production record.
∎ Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.
∎ Draw up production schedules and budgets for projects.
∎ Analyze all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 4-7 of experience in the relevant field.
∎ Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
∎ A complete understanding of manufacturing processes.
