Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, Managing and executing product quality and production.
∎ Prepare monthly production plan by ensuring efficient collaboration and co-ordination with relevant departments including Raw Store, Procurement, Supply Chain & Sales Head and the Management.
∎ Analysis job order, prepare production plan, arrange procurement materials/ parts/ semi-finished parts.
∎ Ensure daily production report showing work done, man-hour utilization etc.
∎ Ensure cost related data collection and submit it to relevant department for proper costing of the production.
∎ Managing employees, staff and their performances for smooth execution of factory operations.
∎ Motivating factory workers to achieve the production targets.
∎ Evaluate man and machinery performance and arrange training/ steps to improve their working capability with the target of enhancing productivity and reduction of cost of production.
∎ Check finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
∎ Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any issues.
∎ Create and maintain safely, hazard free work friendly environment in the factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Electric Accessories Production will get priority.
∎ Candidates of Cumilla will get preference.
∎ B Sc in Electric/ EEE will give priority.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
