Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc/MSc in Agriculture/ Diploma in Agriculture

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collection and preservation of quality seed from suppliers, own farms and contract growers.
∎ Ensure regular testing of germination, purity, pest management and moisture content.
∎ Conduct lot wise fumigation of all stock and maintain quality report.
∎ Maintaining grading of raw seed and ensure required standards are followed for storing, fumigation, and de-lotting.
∎ Sample collection, coding and supply of seed sample for grow out test.
∎ Facilitate guidelines to production supervisors, distribution officers, marketing team and other staffs regarding quality service.
∎ Monitor seed packing and delivery process
∎ Participate field day training in different locations as per management decision
∎ Maintain regular communication with SCA & Scientific officer Seed pathology center (BAU).

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years in agro based firm/ seed industry.
∎ Able to maintain regular communication with SCA. DAE, Seed pathology center (BAU).
∎ Sound knowledge in MS office is mandatory.
