• The candidate must have sound knowledge of materials, washing processes, embellishments, and garment construction.
• Proficient in analyzing tech packs, samples, and buyer comments.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to deal with buyers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and solution-oriented approach.

• Reserve capacity at Sample Room based on the capacity plan, in order to facilitate the timely delivery of samples to customers by liaising with the Buying office, Marketing and planning department.
• Liaise with the Store/ Cutting /embellishment/ Marketing/washing/Dyeing teams to obtain the required material & trims, embellishment, standard etc. relating to Sewing operations whilst solving any related issues and shortages.
• Ensure pre-QCO activities are taken place to ensure back-to-back feeding and minimizing the changing time. Ensure that all samples are sewn in a timely and accurate manner whilst, catering to customer requirements by performing all related activities.
• Balance overtime with operators to ensure a balance of skill is available at all times during the operations process.
• Assist and guide technicians in deciding on which operators are to be allocated to complex styles depending on standard working hours in order to ensure compliance and that operation is performed in a cost effective and fair manner (E.g. transport cost, food arrangement, male: female ratio etc.)
• Liaise with the Human Resources team to ensure trainings are carried out, development needs of all Team members are identified looking at the current future business need and gaps, suitable development interventions are devised (including structure, contents and sourcing), implemented, monitored & completed within each year in order to ensure the knowledge & skills of all team members are developed in line with current and future organizational requirements.
• Resolve technical/Quality issues and spread awareness of the related operations to the technical teams in order to communicate the relevant tolerance levels with regard to the production feasibility.
• Create SMS schedule with planning team, follow up material and information flow, share regular update and inspection plan with marketing and buying QA whilst ensuring customer request date.
• Analyze processes, implement & encourage continuous improvements & innovations within the Sample Room, facilitating in maximizing the number of options available for customers about operations methods.
