Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist line manager with market information and relevant data before negotiation meeting to negotiate with vendor to generate saving
∎ Execute & carry out the procurement process and activity as per the Annual Procurement plan
∎ Execute on time payment to the supplier after delivery of goods/service by Raising Payment Approval and forward the documents to finance for vendor’s bills/payment settlement
∎ Communicate with the respective stakeholder to understand their requirement
∎ Maintain relationship with current and potential vendor to maximize and smooth the procurement process at each stage
∎ Update vendor pool database with the information of Potential new vendors
