∎ Leading Asset Management Limited is a visionary and dynamic startup company in this context. Our expanding company is seeking to hire an assistant operations manager to join our leadership team. You are in charge of providing leadership for the operation of one of our organization`s line of which involves making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
∎ We are looking for a well-organized Assistant Manager - Operation to oversee activities across various departments. The responsibilities of a Assistant Manager - Operation include formulating strategies, ensuring compliance, and managing the implementation of IT System. You should also design policies and ensure the customer service is up to standard.
∎ To be a successful as an Assistant Manager - Operation, you should demonstrate solid leadership and analytics to exhibit strong business acumen, as well as a commitment to productivity. Ultimately, a competent of Operations should ensure staff productivity.
∎ Oversee day to day operational activities of the office.
∎ Ensure superior client services to all clients.
∎ Handle credit operations/inject fund.
∎ Assist to Manager to achieve business target.
∎ Ensure maintenance of regulatory compliance.
∎ Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or Management of the company.
∎ Target oriented
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and supervise team members - provide leadership and insight on all aspects relating to asset/liability management.
∎ Fund Raising Planning, forecasting & determining strategies and meet target
∎ Ensure fund raising achievement as per your commitment to the company (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly)
∎ You must hunt investment as per company direction or company policy
∎ Ability to work independently and effectively in complex situation
∎ Branding & maintaining public image of the company - you have to formulate brand plan and propose various Marketing strategies in accordance to corporate policy for the company.
∎ You should have the ability to communicate with business entities, research institutions, NGOs, development institutions, social organizations and individuals to encourage depositing fund
∎ Maintain liaison with existing and prospective investors - follow up clients through phone call, e-mail, physical visit basis to generate for fund raising.
∎ Provide analytical expertise for assessing the financial impact of various products, strategies, initiatives, etc.
∎ Ensure that Asset and Liability Management exposures are identified; measured and reported and, where necessary, mitigated.
∎ To oversee the development of programs and/or models that evaluates the organization's asset/liability strategy
∎ Supervise the development of monthly and quarterly risk management information (i.e. interest rate and currency risk reports, financial projections, liquidity and capital planning reports) for the Asset and Liability Management Committee, in support of strategic decision-making for the management of the balance sheets of the company
∎ You must achieve 100% of the fund raising and job duty commitment you made with the company authority in the interview session without any excuse
∎ Coordinate with the other office staffs and work together
∎ Ready to take additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Professional background (CFA/ACCA/CA qualified) will get preference.
∎ At least 2 years experience in financial institutions.
∎ Candidates having break of services need not to apply.
∎ Candidates having professional degree will be given preference.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Package - Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
∎ Must have customer focused attitude.
Salary:

∎ Salaries for Assistant Manager - Operation can vary based on their experience, seniority, honesty, dedication, client relation based, capacity on fund collection etc.
