Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Making sure that Switch and circuit breaker Business all operations run smoothly and align with quality standards.
∎ Maximize the efficiency of business procedures.
∎ Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise.
∎ Working with Manufacturing to marketing to ensure business growth and organizational goal.
∎ Develop & implement Cost effective production and delivery policy for better business growth.
∎ Taking initiative and create innovative strategy to develop and enrich market demand.
∎ Forecast as requirement considering the budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions.
∎ Work with foreign and Local suppliers to select product and others day to day activities along Supply chain personnel.
∎ Prepare material planning & ensure Stock management to control inventory and avoid over stock.
∎ Coordinate with the HR department to ensure our hiring plans meet our business needs.
∎ Regular visit market to monitor competitors movement and policy closely.
∎ Assist, guide and train Sales team to ensure quality and highest level sales.
∎ Making Day to day, quarterly and Yearly report of business status and Submit to authority.
∎ Take need full action and activities as per Management Instruction Accordingly.
∎ We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join Operations Team to oversee and optimize operational processes. This role includes to ensuring smooth business operations, improving efficiency, and coordinating cross-functional activities
