Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 30 years
  • 5-6 years of experience in Operations, Product Development, Manufacturing areas preferably in a reputed electrical appliance manufacturing company.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle), strong analytical ability, team leadership, and communication skills. 



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Plan and oversee daily operations for Switch & Circuit Breaker product lines.

  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, SCM, and R&D for new product introduction and process optimization.

  • Prepare production schedules, monitor material availability, and ensure on-time output delivery.

  • Track process performance (OEE, yield rate, downtime) and implement corrective actions.

  • Analyze process bottlenecks and propose productivity improvement measures.

  • Prepare periodic operational reports for management review.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Lean Production).

  • Coordinating with R&D, QA, and Supply Chain to align component sourcing and product quality standards.

  • Monitoring production, setting efficiency targets, and ensuring line balancing.

  • Developing SOPs and manpower structure for continuous operation and scalability.

  • Achieving target productivity, maintaining quality, and ensuring smooth operational transition for mass production.

  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure project milestones are achieved on time.

  • Review cost productivity and process parameters to improve operational efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with product quality cost and safety standards.
