∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Agriculture

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in plantation of sapling for afforestation program.
∎ Basic Knowledge of Hydroponic/Aeroponic cultivation, management, etc.
∎ Expertise of setting green-house/Net-house for crop cultivation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, present and manage the annual budget for nursery operations and production activities.
∎ Mobilize resources and ensure production of saplings.
∎ Implement and maintain quality control protocols to ensure saplings meet company customer-specific standards.
∎ Manage and facilitate on-site sales, including price, promotion, and customer interactions.
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
∎ Offer expert advice and support to nursery supervisor on nursery management, and sapling care.
∎ Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training needs for continuous improvements.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
