Responsibilities & Context:

ACI Motors is seeking a proactive and relationship-oriented Assistant Manager, Network Development for its Renewable Energy Division (Hybrid Solar Inverter Business).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding and strengthening the company’s dealer and distribution network, driving trade marketing initiatives, and enhancing channel partner engagement. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of channel development, trade marketing, and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities include –

Trade Marketing:

  • Plan and execute trade marketing strategies to promote EcoFlow and GoodWe products across retail and distribution channels.
  • Design and implement in-store branding, POS materials, and promotional tools.
  • Coordinate product visibility campaigns, dealer incentive programs, and seasonal promotions.
  • Work with sales and product teams to align trade marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Track the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable insights based on ROI.

Channel Development:

  • Identify, recruit, and nurture new dealers, resellers, and distribution partners across key territories.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with channel partners to drive consistent business growth.
  • Provide regular partner training on products, pricing, and sales techniques.
  • Conduct market visits, evaluate channel performance, and solve partner challenges proactively.
  • Develop channel-wise sales and marketing plans to increase partner profitability and retention.
