Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in Marketing (preferred but not limited to)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marchandising, retail Sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaboration with toy suppliers, manufactures, distributors, and branch to ensure proper execution of plans.
∎ Ensure that branch, shelves or websites are stocked with the right types and quantities of toys.
∎ Monitor branch inventory based on sales and intake.
∎ Handling the merchandise sales team of all branch.
∎ Help develop and execute the Marketing & Sales plan, including integrated marketing communications, and promotional programs.
∎ Prepare report as required by the management.
∎ Regular Training of each sales team.
∎ Optimize sales volume and profitability by identifying profitable lines and bestsellers.
∎ Any other responsibility assign by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be able to work in a sales target based role.
∎ Knowledge of different types of toy.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
