Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Master in any discipline from any recognized university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Cement Industry, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Steel, Supply Chain

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure receipt & Storage of Raw Materials, Machinery, spare parts, chemical & Refectory as per delivery challan/invoice along with purchase requisition/packing list reference.
∎ Imported Raw Materials, Chemical & Spare parts L.C wise receiving and short / excess reporting by email or phone to higher authority.
∎ Ensure smooth supply of Raw Material, Chemical & Refractory to the Melting Plant.
∎ Ensure sufficient stock of Raw Material, Chemical & Refractory items in time. Raise indent to Head office timely and maintain workable pipe line for smooth production support.
∎ Prepare daily imported Materials (Raw Materials, Chemical & Refectory Item) transfer/consumption and four month stock report & forward it to foreign procurement & commercial.
∎ Prepare the daily GRN after quality certifies for foreign and locally received materials. and timely dispatch to H/O procurement/Accounts.
∎ Maintain monthly Requirement Check, discussion with all department, planning & indent prepare as per standard procedure.
∎ Daily issuing materials check & closing balance physically check & Bin Card Update.
∎ Issue of all store materials as per store requisition with approval by authorized person
∎ Prepared Gate pass (Final & Returnable) as per note of authority of respective department.
∎ Coordinate with corporate Logistics Department to ensure timely arrival of Raw Materials & Chemical (M.S Scrap & M.S Billets, etc.)
∎ Maintain FIFO/LIFO for materials movements in compliance with ISO Standard.
∎ To monitor yearly inventory accordingly.
∎ Monitoring key performance indicator (KPI), identifying sources of major losses related to stores items, generating project ideas and implementing improvement projects.
∎ Maintain month end inventory (physical stock taking & verification of inventory) & all transfer report (Plant to plant, Plant to others) properly.
∎ Maintain, updating and monitoring daily all type of store related register report/record by using Inventory Software.
∎ Maintain all type of software data update work.
∎ Maintain and monitoring warehouse related administrative activities.
∎ Planning, monitoring and controlling the inventory management.
∎ Any other duties directed by superior authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Would be an added advantage experience in the following area(s): Store/Inventory Management, Commercial, Supply Chain, ERP (Oracle)
∎ Clear concept about steel manufacturing industry will be preferable.
∎ Advanced computer skills on MS Office-Word & Excel, Power point, ERP software based on oracle and databases.
∎ Good communication, strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and maintain strict discipline.
∎ Should have knowledge in modern Ledger Management system.
