• Develop and maintain production schedules based on sales forecasts, demand planning, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with business, procurement, warehouse and supplier to ensure material availability against demand.
• Coordinate with production, engineering and QC team to minimize production bottlenecks and downtime through proactive planning and real-time adjustments.
• Optimize machine and workforce utilization to enhance overall efficiency. Analyze and refine manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve output.
• Assess manpower, machine capabilities, and production capacities to balance workloads efficiently.
• Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent the obsolescence of raw & packaging materials.
• Minimize resource wastage through effective supply chain and production coordination.
• Identify & communicate issues concerning plant shutdown and material shortage within the planning period.
• Develop line-labor standards and monitor production performance against the standard.
• Generate reports on production trends, efficiency metrics, equipment utilization and process improvements for senior management.
• Provide data-driven insights to enhance decision-making and operational effectiveness.
• Monitor & co-ordinate manufacturing efficiency improvement initiatives.
• Support in supplier development & selection process.
