Responsibilities & Context:
- Create effective marketing strategies to promote FM radio programs, special shows, events, and advertising packages.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and listener insights to develop innovative promotions.
- Identify, pitch, and acquire new clients for FM radio advertising, sponsored programs, and brand promotions.
- Work closely with the programming team to align marketing plans with content strategies.
- Collaborate with the production team to execute branded content, jingles, radio spots, and on-air promotions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing advertisers and key accounts to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to promote radio shows, ads, and brand campaigns on social platforms.
- Assist in developing digital content ideas, live sessions, influencer collaborations, and cross-platform promotions.
