Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist on strategy and marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of overall strategic marketing plan.
∎ Evaluate and monitor the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives.
∎ Assess the brand and competitive environment, routinely provide performance updates to leadership and stakeholders, proactively analyze consumer trends and market gap to identify future sources of growth of the brand and recommend changes in direction as required.
∎ Develop strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, events and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers' expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
∎ Work with cross-functional team to commercialize product and launches, consumer research, R&D and materials to support the launch. Support the wider marketing team to deliver the full portfolio strategy & marketing plan, including key execution elements.
∎ Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal process.
∎ Other marketing tasks and requests, as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and/or Master of Business Administration (MBA) or similar from leading Business Schools/ Universities.
∎ O Levels / A Levels and foreign graduates' background will get preference.
∎ Minimum 5 to 7 years work experience.
