Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assign responsibilities, set clear KPIs, and foster a culture of accountability and creativity.
∎ Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer profiling.
∎ Identify trends, market gaps, and opportunities for brand growth.
∎ Plan and execute offline campaigns (events, activations, print media, outdoor advertising).Oversee vendor negotiations, budget management, and logistics coordination.
∎ Supervise and contribute to digital marketing activities (social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, paid ads).
∎ Coordinate with content creators and media buyers for online campaigns.
∎ Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
∎ Oversee the creation of high-quality content for blogs, websites, and social media to drive engagement.
∎ Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports with insights.Stay updated with digital marketing trends and continuously enhance online presence.
∎ Design and implement 360-degree marketing campaigns that seamlessly blend offline and online efforts.
∎ Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.Manage marketing budgets effectively across channels.
∎ Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and present regular reports to senior management.
∎ Strengthen brand awareness, loyalty, and positioning through innovative marketing strategies.
∎ Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all communication materials.
∎ Align closely with the Sales team to ensure marketing efforts support lead generation and business goals.

∎ About the Role:·         International Office Machine Limited (IOM) is seeking a strategic, creative, and results-oriented Assistant Manager – Marketing to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team. The Assistant Manager will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in both digital and traditional marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with teams like Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support.
