Masters in any discipline, preferably BBA/ MBA in Marketing.

• At least 4 years

• Age 30 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Build a strong relationship & keep in touch with customers;

• Being able to ride a Motorcycle or drive a Car with a valid driving License will be treated as an added advantage;

• Proficient in English & Bengali;

• Positive professional attitude & self-motivation

• Good computer literacy, especially in MS Office;

• Good communication & negotiation skills,

• Passion for innovation & creativity,

• Strong analytical and communication abilities,

• Teamwork & commitment,

• Ensure customer`s queries, problems & issues;

• Ability to handle stress and pressure,

• Develop new clients/dealers.

• Knowledge Required: a clear understanding of the product and its application.

Salam Steel Concast Re-Rolling Mills Ltd. (SCRM), the leading manufacturer of MS rebar & sectional items in the country and also produces eco-friendly auto bricks and blocks, is looking for an "Assistant Manager / Manager, Sales - Bricks & Blocks”.

• Drive sales of eco-friendly auto bricks and blocks.

• Allocate Sales and Collection targets among team members and ensure their achievement.

• Coordinate with production, distribution, logistics and sales support for adherence to SOP and operational excellence.

• Promote Our Brand, Market survey/ Market research with extensive field visits & find out potential clients.

• Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology.

• Must be capable of applying credit control policy.

• Should have a strong analysis of competitors` activities.

• Any other task that the management may assign to you.
