• Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in sweater merchandising, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• Proven track record of managing the end-to-end merchandising process.

The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Merchandising Manager to lead one of our sweaters merchandising divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire merchandising process for sweater products.
• Manage, animate, and develop the merchandising team.
• Plan and monitor yarn sourcing, dyeing, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with design, planning, production, and commercial teams for smooth execution and on-time shipments.
• Oversee sample approvals (fit, size set, PPS, TOP) and ensure all materials are in-house before bulk production.
• Track production (knitting, linking, washing, finishing) to prevent bottlenecks and maintain quality.
• Manage buyer communications, queries, and approvals promptly.
• Implement process improvements and ensure compliance with all standards.
• Provide regular updates and risk assessments to senior management.
