·        Willing to visit Outsourced AOP Printing Partner Factories regularly.

·        Strong communication and coordination skills.

·        Ability to work under high quality standards and tight timelines.

Responsibilities & Context:

AOP Sample Development & Approval

·   Follow up on strike-offs, development samples, and pre-production approvals.

·   Ensure correct color matching, artwork clarity, repeat alignment, and print sharpness.

·        Compare samples carefully against approved artwork and buyer standards.

·        Identify possible risks during development and take preventive action before bulk production.

Production Monitoring at Outsourced AOP Factories

·        Visit AOP printing factories regularly during sampling and bulk production.

·        Monitor printing setup, screen preparation, and color consistency.

·        Ensure production follows approved strike-off without deviation.

·        Check repeat alignment, registration accuracy, and shade continuity.

Quality Control During Bulk Production

·        Conduct in-line quality checks at printing stage.

·        Monitor issues such as:

o   Shade variation

o   Missing or distorted dots

o   Repeat mismatch

o   Smudging or color bleeding

o   Misalignment of artwork

·        Take immediate corrective action to avoid rejection.

Final Production Approval

·        Verify bulk production against approved samples before shipment.

·        Ensure:

  • Accurate color shade

  • Correct artwork scale and placement

  •   Good hand-feel

  • Proper curing and print durability

 Vendor Coordination & Development

·        Evaluate and coordinate with Outsourced AOP Printing Partner Factories.

·        Assess factory capabilities in:

  • Rotary printing

  • Flatbed printing

  • Digital printing

  • Pigment, Reactive, and Discharge processes

·        Support continuous improvement in quality and efficiency.

Buyer Technical Communication

·        Support technical discussions related to AOP printing.

·        Provide feedback on development feasibility and production challenges.

Ensure buyer expectations are clearly communicated and implemented
