Responsibilities & Context:
• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance and Technical teams
• Develop and implement QA policies, procedures, and standards
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality benchmarks
• Monitor and improve production/process quality and efficiency
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare reports and present performance metrics to management
• Strong understanding of garment construction, quality systems, testing standards, and buyer compliance processes.
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and lead improvement initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
