Production Operation in Sweater Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring that all production activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures
∎ Working with other members of the production team to identify potential problems with scripts, budgets, or other issues
∎ Conducting initial assessments of prospective projects to determine whether they are likely to be successful
∎ Working with the director to organize the production schedule, including tasks such as booking locations and casting actors
∎ Monitoring the progress of productions to ensure that they are on track to meet deadlines
∎ Managing all aspects of production, including selecting crews, hiring talent, ordering supplies, and overseeing set design
∎ Coordinating travel arrangements for cast and crew members as needed
∎ In some cases, overseeing the editing process to ensure that the final product meets the client's specifications
∎ Overseeing all aspects of post-production, including editing, sound design, and visual effects
