Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop highly professional client service relationships amongst customer base;
∎ Assist in training customer care team members to create a professional environment for success;
∎ Assist in collecting daily receipts, recording them accurately and appropriately, and depositing per procedure & communicate with finance & accounts department regarding payments;
∎ Resolve difficult issues regarding customer complaints and other matters;
∎ Attend department meetings and training sessions as scheduled;
∎ Work as a Team Player with co-workers and in conjunction with other departments;
∎ Check everyday customer appointment schedules, follow-up customer quarries & feedbacks and take needfull actions and make sure that customers are satisfied about products & services;
∎ Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth;
∎ Take responsibility of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution;
∎ Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission;
∎ Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions;
∎ Work with Consultants, Customer Service team, Sales & Marketing team in design and implement companies programs;
∎ Evaluate, innovate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the sales volume;
∎ Report against progress to Customer Service Director and/or Chief Operations Officer on a regular and consistent basis;
∎ Respond to all inquiries and requests for information from prospective clients on all products/services including cancer treatments and cancer prevention, integrative wellness and anti-aging, Aesthetics service and stem cell treatments;
∎ Drive client satisfaction and growth and ensure the success of the client relationship and journey by providing a five star service at all times and understanding the client's needs as well as ensuring sound decisions are being made;
∎ Serve as a liaison while being solely responsible for coordinating with clinics, doctors, clients and their families on their treatment program as necessary for the whole duration of their program as well as for follow ups and when required;
∎ Remain current on all aspects of our products and services including standard protocols, procedures and benefits, and any changes;
∎ Be responsible for other duties as assigned and carry out the above duties with the following competencies;
∎ Attentive and able to read/understand client's needs, concerns as well as their emotional state;
∎ Calm and able to handle difficult situations or surprises;
∎ Organized and able to prioritize with strong time management skills;
∎ Ability to self-start; perform under pressure and meet deadlines; adapt to changes and work as part of a team;
∎ Any other task assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluent in English and Bangla;
∎ Strong interpersonal and customer service skills;
∎ Sound knowledge in MS applications program;
∎ Dress Code: Business Formal;
∎ 3+ years professional experience in Customer Care department in Health Care sector specially in Hospital & Diagnostics;
∎ Candidate have experience in Airlines or Hotel industry will added value.
