Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering
∎ No third division, minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00.
∎ Candidate must be from a UGC-approved university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ All banking products parameterizations, product maintenance, add, modify, drops, product testing & Live implementations.
∎ EOD-BOD calendars & batch job setup for EOD, EOM, transaction narration setup, and change in frequency for various batch jobs.
∎ All types of enterprise applications including CBS, Treasury, Agent Banking accounting setup, maintenance, charge configuration, SMS templates, Error configurations, master data management, etc.
∎ Prepare UAT scripts to test patch & feature implementations.
∎ Implement business process functionality into CBS and identify CR for existing feature and/or feature enhancement
∎ Ensure full cycle sanity of service pack and/or patch deployment
∎ Ensure up to L2 support and follow escalation matric to communicate with CBS vendor to ensure a solution for critical issues.
∎ Continuous MIS support for business requirements & data cleansing, In-House applications development for CBS support.
∎ Provide support to Branch & operation users, provide training & develop SOP for smooth operations.
∎ Interfacing support with API & ISO of CBS default features and developing new APIs.
∎ Provide project-related technical support and have prepared for attending to any task 24/7 & weekends.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Proficient in any Object-oriented programming language (C#/Java/PHP or similar) and SQL in any RDBMS (Oracle/MS SQL) language and DB Backup process.
∎ Proficient in OS architecture, Linux, Windows, and so on, and related commands.
∎ Able to work efficiently to meet stated goals and proactively satisfy customer needs
∎ Approach problems logically and analytically with good communication and interpersonal skills.
