∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Knitting, Minimum 05 years in any large Knitting industry
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Knitting, Knitting Quality, Minimum 05 years in any large Knitting industry
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the better greige fabric's quality at sample & bulk stage.
∎ Set-up & maintain SOP on greige fabric inspection & shade management.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Strong follow up on problem during yarn test, greige inspection, dyeing shade QC, final inspection, testing lab, etc.
∎ Follow up all types of problems in finishing and quality.
∎ Need to organize the factory knitting production by supporting the standard QA policy of the company.
∎ Need to arrange effective training sessions for his team on a regular basis.
∎ Maintain outside knitting greige quality.
∎ Assist to reduce fabric rejection 100% & increase the best fabric's delivery for dyeing.

∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire the workers' team and staff.
∎ Self-motivated and responsible.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
∎ Should be proactive and result oriented.
