Cement Industry, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Steel, Tiles/Ceramic, Electric Wire/Cable, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build and strengthen relationships with assigned, specified categories of key accounts.
∎ Responsible for achievement of sales volume targets from designated accounts.
∎ Demonstrate expertise in product and customer knowledge to proactively assess and fulfill key account requirements through products.
∎ Accompany with stakeholders to develop new key account relationships from present project/infrastructure developer pool.
∎ Ensure key accounts are serviced in accordance with the sales policy and strategy of BSRM.
∎ Address and lead prompt resolution of complaints of assigned key accounts, escalating as required.
∎ Ensure communication with plant teams and logistics teams on order in pipelines and deliveries and escalate as required.
∎ Achieve timely collection of outstanding from key accounts, provide support and perform timely escalations.
∎ Provide support in sales planning and forecasting within the defined scope.
∎ Manage the plant visit for the potential/existing key customers in alignment with plant stakeholders as and when required.
