∎ Strong knowledge of auditing standards, risk management, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
∎ Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., ACL, Excel) for audit testing
∎ Analytical mindset, attention to detail, ethical integrity, and strong communication
∎ Familiarity with food safety standards, lean manufacturing, and cost control

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in developing and implementing risk-based audit plans for the factory operations
∎ Conduct internal audits covering procurement, inventory management, production, quality control, logistics, and cost efficiency
∎ Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, identifying gaps and recommending improvements
∎ Perform surprise audits and spot checks to detect fraud, waste, or non-compliance
∎ Review financial transactions, expense reports, and factory cost controls to prevent leakage
∎ Assess operational efficiency in production, wastage control, and supply chain management
∎ Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risks, and actionable recommendations
∎ Investigate suspected fraud, irregularities, or policy violations within the factory
∎ Promote a strong control environment through awareness and training
