Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To assist in making an audit plan & audit program.
∎ To review the draft report of subordinates based on observations.
∎ Draft report preparation for assignments.
∎ Monthly policy review.
∎ Check & Review the salary and TA/DA of the Factory, Field Force & Branch (Where Applicable)·
∎ Pre-audit of Branding Bills and construction bills·
∎ Market visits to collect quotations from various suppliers. Conduct physical inventory at different factory warehouses & depots.
∎ Risk Analysis & Process Review on Significant Areas.
∎ Plans for Market Visits for Rate Verification, Outstanding Balance Confirmation, and Field Force Existence Verification.
∎ First-time communication with the auditee.
∎ Follow up on previous audit reports as per observation.
∎ OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:·
