Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: GSD License certification
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategy formation aligning with plant policy deployment to achieve plant KPIs effectively.
∎ Develop and define department plans as per the plant strategic direction to align with current & future business requirement.
∎ Minimizing product risk & identifying & establishing best operations methods to improve efficiency & quality with IE team style ownership with chassis-based manufacturing concept
∎ Coach and mentor while identifying and defining the required skills for future job roles of IE team & review and reward through periodic evaluations and develop action plans/IDPs to bridge the gap
∎ Present the IE departmental KPIs to the management in daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual basis at management meetings to communicate the status.
∎ Ensure higher machine uptime through operation combination & Lego options to minimise machine number of machines & with higher utilization at NPI
∎ Ensure all IE style owners draw 100% dancing Best Cycle Yamazumi at PPA stage to improve potential of plant standard hour generation capacity & to improve ergonomics for TMs through dancing.
∎ Facilitate GLs & TLs to solve bottle necks through Self Learning Platform by adhering to bottle neck SOP.
∎ Establish & drive shop floor skill matrix application to improve productivity by upskilling TMs with TLs GLs
∎ Drive Training School process to be aligned with MAS Intimates standard process to create multi skill TMs for manufacturing.
∎ Ensure work cycle stitching & hourly work cycle rotation done at manufacturing modules to facilitate ergonomics & retaining TM skills.
∎ Conduct cycle time reduction & work load balancing in operation areas to improve productivity with operational IE
∎ Ensure adherence to compliance, health and safety procedures during the entire physical/chemical testing processes to maintain zero accidents.
∎ Align with projects relating to MOS (MAS Operating System) to achieve the required standards.
∎ Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management

∎ Knowledge on industrial engineering
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing plant
∎ Strong & excellent communication, leadership skills & interpersonal skills
∎ People management skills
∎ Knowledge on Lean Manufacturing tools
