∎ At least 4 years of experience with fair understanding of both Air & Ocean Import Freight Customer Service & Operations·
∎ Excellent Oral & Written communication skill in English·
∎ Good leadership quality·
∎ Ability to work under pressure·
∎ Sound working experience of ERP Solution (Freight Forwarding) software
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To play as Key Customer Operation Support (Local and Overseas)
∎ Rate query with agent and update the respected customers.
∎ Develop relationship with Agent for their nominated shipment
∎ Corresponding with overseas agent regarding operation and Documentation issue.
∎ Ensure all operational related docs and DN receive from overseas agent for smooth operation procedure.
∎ Ensure 100% effort to secure the business
∎ Follow up with Airport/ Chittagong peers to collect docs & release D/O

We are looking for a dedicated person to fill up "Assistant Manager - Import Operations & Customer Service" position, who will be assigned to perform Import Freight arena (Air & Sea) & The KEY Job Responsibilities will be:
∎ To play as Key Customer Operation Support (Local and Overseas)
∎ Rate query with agent and update the respected customers.
