Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors / Masters in EEE / ECE / APECE /ETE/ ICE / CSE or Telecommunication from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Client Server, IGW, IP Network, IP Transmission, IPTSP
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication

Job Context:
∎ Clear knowledge on IGW and IPTSP networks in Bangladesh.
∎ Network certification and related training on SBC and soft switch.
∎ Must be customer service oriented and believe in teamwork, collaboration adaptability and initiative.
∎ Strong understanding of SIP, SS7, TDM technology, IP Network.
∎ Good knowledge of distributed server applications and storage systems, including client-server, API and web services.
∎ Able to work under pressure without time boundaries to support 24/7 network operations and maintain service uptime to optimum level.
∎ Strong knowledge on IGW, IPTSP billing and CRM integration for automatic subscriber provisioning and management.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall management, planning, developing, maintenance, and implementation of IGW and IP Telephony services.
∎ Establish and develop IP PABX system integrated with IPTSP network.
∎ System log and trace analysis, routing configuration, Soft Switch Configuration Database backup.
∎ Report preparation, analysis and visualize ICX, IGW, IOS, IPTSP network performance.
∎ Educate IGW and IPTSP technical team members to improve their performance and nurture team’s personal development.
∎ Network Operations Centre (NOC) supervisor Role with managing and coordinating NOC team effectively.
∎ Define the duty shift table for the NOC operations for ensuring the whole NOC shift works.
∎ Comes up with innovative solutions to various networking problems and ensures that customer needs are properly defined and satisfactorily met.
∎ Keep management informed about network performance and service availability
∎ Coordination with customer service department for any technical issue raised by customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5+ years of experience in IGW and IPTSP domain is required
∎ Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills.
∎ Strong leadership, facilitation and coaching skills.
∎ Can work autonomously and feel empowered to take decisions without intervention.
∎ Effective communication skills internal cross department functions such as IP Transmission, Billing, HR & Admin, Account & Finance departments.
∎ Effective communication skills for external partners such as ICX, IGW, IOS, ANS, Customers and IOF.
