∎ B.Sc in Industrial Engineering from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Floor/ Line Management, Production Management (Sewing), Work Study
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure day to day IE functions and followed by the factory teams, which include-
∎ Preparing daily operation bulletin and line layout;
∎ Preparing Line balancing;
∎ Doing Time- study, capacity study, production study follow up;
∎ Fixing & monitoring line score sheets on an hourly output basis;
∎ Analyze individual operator's skill level;
∎ Following the operator's performance;
∎ Line feeding with sewing technician and Line Supervisors (COT);
∎ Monitoring Production Incentive report

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have vast IE knowledge and Experience
∎ The candidate must have vast experience in the field of industrial engineering and planning for a knit garments factory.
∎ Should have strong Leadership capacity.
∎ Should have strong personality
∎ Strong Leadership and communication skill.
