Compensation and Benefits, Employee Income Tax, Generalist as Human Resources Management, HR project
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Payroll:
∎ Manage the Monthly payroll accurately for all Full Time Employees (FTEs).
∎ Income Tax:
∎ Pre assess the monthly deductible income tax and deduct accordingly
∎ Interface with Finance to deposit the deducted income tax quarterly
∎ Provide yearly income statement to those employees from whom tax has been deducted.
∎ Performance Appraisal:
∎ Coordinate annual performance appraisal (PA) process
∎ Consolidate PA data as per PA consolidation format including training needs.
∎ HR Matrices:
∎ Prepare Annual Headcount Planning & Budgeting,
∎ HR Business Data Analysis.
∎ Others:
∎ Support HR Manager in calculating Profit Bonus (PRB)
∎ Prepare severance pack, including financial calculations, etc Prepare a monthly head-count report in due consultation with HR Manager and send it to Finance accordingly.
∎ Support HR Manager in finalizing succession planning
