Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage employee attendance, leave management, personal files, factory and administrative documentation, etc.
∎ Provide support to internal and external administrative issues at the factory.
∎ Knowledge on compensation and benefit.
∎ Ensure internal customer satisfaction with dormitory maintenance, canteen and housekeeping services through regular checks.
∎ Drive performance management system (Through KPI) process as guided by HR Head
∎ Ensuring safe and healthy working environment for the workers in the factory.
∎ Ensuring all types of fire safety, safety safety etc. in factory premises.
∎ Conversant with local laws (company, labour, environmental, land, etc.) & regulations and ensure implementation. Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules 2015
∎ Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspects of HR issues as well as ensuring HR plans to support the needs of the business.
∎ Maintain close contact with all relevant governments Offices, local people, and other national trade bodies.
∎ Assist HR to establish a sound industrial relation system in the factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 35 years
∎ Should have relevant experience at least 3 years in same role.
∎ Must be well conversant with Labor Law & Rules, Fire Rules, Environmental Law and other related rules & regulations.
∎ Sound knowledge of disciplinary actions and HR, Admin & Compliance issues.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Proficiency in the use of Office Management (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, ERP).
∎ Flexible to work long hours when needed.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Should have proactive approach, honest, sincere and punctual.
