- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role, with at least 05 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PGDHR, HRMC).
- Experience in managing both HR and administrative functions in a corporate environment.
- Experience with HR software systems (e.g., Workday, ADP).
Responsibilities & Context: Human Resources:
- Assist in recruitment processes such as job postings, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and coordinating onboarding activities.
- Support employee relations by addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and recommending solutions in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Facilitate performance management processes including performance appraisals, goal setting, and development planning.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives by identifying training needs, organizing training programs, and tracking employee development.
- Manage HR administration tasks including maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and updating HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR policies, and assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and wellness activities.Provide support to managers and employees on HR-related inquiries and issues.
Administration:
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including office facilities, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Manage administrative staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate office activities, including meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services and supplies.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses.
- Handle administrative tasks and inquiries from senior management and employees.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all administrative activities.
