Experience:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

• Professional qualifications like CA (CC) / CMA / ACCA (Partly Qualified) will be preferred.

• 10 to 15 years

• Age: 35 to 50 years (flexible for highly experienced candidates).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and corporate financial management.
• Proficiency in ERP/Accounting software and MS Excel.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and motivate team members.

Job Context:

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and self-driven professional to lead our Finance & Accounts Department as DGM. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership capability, financial expertise and the ability to manage the overall accounts and finance operations of the company efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the overall functions of the Finance & Accounts department.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis.
• Develop and implement financial policies, internal controls, and accounting systems.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Manage cash flow, fund management, and banking operations.
• Monitor receivables, payables, and ensure compliance with tax (VAT, TDS, Income Tax) and audit
• requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support management decisions.
• Ensure proper coordination with other departments to achieve company objectives.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all financial matters.
