- Masters
- MBA / Masters from any reputed University/ Institute.
- MBA major in HRM / Management will be preferred.
Requirements: Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - Prior experience in handling PR, Airport Protocol, HR & administration functions will be preferred.
- Applicant should have the proactive & positive mindset.
- Ability to deal effective Public Relations (PR) activities.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication & Negotiation skills is required.
- Well conversant with MS Office.
Responsibilities & Context: - Provide full protocol assistance during the arrival, stay, and departure of Management.
- Prepare and manage international/ domestic travel-related all formalities for the Management.
- Organize accommodation and comprehensive travel logistics for the Management when required.
- Organize seminars, fairs, visits, and other corporate events, ensuring smooth logistic and protocol support with Brand Department.
- Maintain updated and accurate records of all protocol-related documents and correspondence.
- Proactively identify and resolve protocol related issues.
- Plan, implement and manage Public Relations (PR) programs.
- Build long-term relationships with all relevant stakeholders, such as government office, media people and other agencies.
- Provide day to day administrative and general services to all the departments relating to office administration, transport, office maintenance.
- Oversee the scheduling of regular maintenance, servicing, and necessary repairs of all company-owned vehicles.
- Manage and monitor the overall safety and security of the Office, including coordination with security personnel and enforcement of safety & security protocols.
- Support HR functions such as staff attendance, leave records, and onboarding and other HR functions related issue.
- Any other assignment given by the management from time to time.
