∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspects of HR & Admin issues as well as ensuring HR & Admin plans to support the needs of the business.
∎ The candidate will supervise, execute, manage and develop companywide HR policies and procedures.
∎ Ensure smooth & uninterrupted operation of the company providing required administrative & logistic supports to all the departments & employees.
∎ The candidate needs to have a strong track record in corporate HR practices related to HR planning, compensation and benefits, recruitment.
∎ To have clear knowledge regarding recruitment, selection, training, promotion, retention, increment, worker's wages, salary and all kinds of welfare issues of employees.
∎ To maintain & update employees personal files and keep in proper order.
∎ Prepare attendance report in coordination with the IT Dept.
∎ Manage HR functions including office timing, leave management, grievance management and disciplinary functions effectively.
∎ Conversant with local laws (company, labour, environmental, land, etc) & regulations and ensure implementation.
∎ Assist & coordinate the performance appraisal process & ensure appropriate and effective communication.
∎ Responsible for official correspondence & interaction with executives within the company and related government bodies.
∎ Provide administrative correspondence, travel arrangements, meeting arrangements, guest entertainment etc. as and when required.
∎ Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, leadership skills, ability to generate professional reports, proficiency in Microsoft Office, fluency in English.
∎ Coordination and management of various administrative issues.
∎ Resolving any situation & any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Preferred professional certification: PGD HRM will get preference.
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Human Resource Management
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Positive attitude
