∎ Age at least 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ In-depth knowledge of Polyester, Nylon, Cotton dyeing, and robotic auto dispatching systems.
∎ Instruct team members on chemical-dye formula/processes to achieve the right color.
∎ Preparation of necessary recipes for the lab concerning color, shade, and other quality parameters.
∎ Analytical skills in understanding dyeing and finishing processes with advanced technical knowledge.
∎ Ensure timely submission, avoiding re-submission, and maintaining smooth lab dips and bulk order dyeing recipes.
∎ Improve RFT %, reduce re-work %, and minimize wastage.
∎ Estimate color consumption based on order quantity.
∎ Communication with internal teams, merchandisers, and buyers for shade matching and quality assurance.
∎ Quality testing of different dyes and chemicals.Cost analysis for dyes, chemicals, and efficient utilization of resources.
