∎ 1. Preferred experience working in Knit Composite Factory.
∎ 2. Preferred experience in handling buyers H&M, LIDL, Celio*, NKD, KARIBAN, LPP
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work with a Monthly Shipment Plan.
∎ Have Buyer-Wise Account responsibility in the Finishing Floor.
∎ Control sewing goods receipt, iron, QA get-up check, hang tag attach, NDC pass, folding, hanger pack, cartooning until warehousing of finished goods.
∎ Understand the finishing layout of the specific buyer in the finishing floor assigned for work.
∎ Maintain the floor housekeeping as per finishing floor standard.
∎ Run finishing floor with both piece rate and salary based finishing worker (ironman, hang tag man, folding man, cartooning/ packing man).
∎ Work with production target at each stage of finishing – ironing, hang tag attach, hanger pack, folding, packing. Maintain hourly target and packing production.
∎ Work with Finishing IE on production target and achieve the Daily Finishing Production.
∎ Maintain communication with Production Planning, Merchandising, Sewing Production Manager and Cutting Manager for goods traceability and maintaining ratio wise goods receipt before starting finishing.
∎ Collect finishing accessories on-time and arrange the floor layout with iron to pack target.
∎ Make trial pack sample and give dimensions for the poly bag booking and carton booking.
∎ Work with QA Team and pack A-Grade goods only. Alter and rectify goods fast enough to meet the shipment plan.
∎ Manage a Finishing Floor with necessary staff members fixed at Iron, Get-Up QA Check, Hang Tag Attach, NDC Pass, Folding, Packing and balance the production at each stage for final packing target.
∎ Ensure the Shipment Plan with Garments Planning & Garments Production Team.
∎ Maintain proper shipping mark and labeling of cartons as per Buyer Approved Packing List.
∎ Follow PO Number/ Port-wise goods closing and overall order closing.
∎ Arrange pre-final and final inspection on-time. Have finished goods carton ready stacked in dedicated warehouse on-time for inspection.
∎ Ensure over-shipment.
∎ Prevent wastage or short shipment.
∎ Provide Closing Report to Audit Dept. after garments shipment completion.
