Educational Requirements:
∎ BBS (Hon's)/BBA and MBS/MBA in Accounting/Finance from reputed institution(s) with good academic results
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA CC or ACCA

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting Software, Accounts and Finance, Financial Statement, Payroll Processing, Shipping Industry Preferable, VAT and Tax

Job Responsibilities:
∎ A. REGULAR ACCOUNTS RELATED JOBS:
∎ Prepare daily Receipt & Payment Statement (Cash and Bank)
∎ Checking payments of vendors & others
∎ Maintain bank reconciliation on daily basis
∎ Checking daily transactions and maintain ledger
∎ Apply TDS and VAT on day to day transactions as per NBR rules
∎ Prepare AIT & VAT related challans for vendor bill and other payments
∎ Checking disbursement of overtime and maintain record
∎ Preparation of payroll bank advise and ensure proper disbursement of the payroll
∎ Process Final Settlement as per HR advise, Accounts record and Company policy
∎ Process disbursement of employees' loan and maintain ledger
∎ Checking working advance and follow up timely adjustment
∎ Coordinate timely deposit of PF to respective bank Accounts and Maintain Provident Fund Ledger
∎ Checking disbursement of employee allowances: mobile, internet bill and travel etc.
∎ Posting daily transactions to Tally Software
∎ B. REPORT PREPARATION AND COMPLIANCE RELATED JOBS:
∎ Provide timely and accurate analysis of Budgets, Preparing Cash Flow Statements, Financial Reports (including P/L and Balance sheet), receivable-payable status and Financial Trends to the Management
∎ Prepare annual report and other Management information reports to be presented in AGM, Board Meetings, Executive Committee Meetings and Audit Committee Meetings.
∎ Ensure proper execution and compliance of TAX, VAT and Secretarial works of the Organization and coordinate with NBR, RJSC and other relevant regulatory bodies as per requirements
∎ Taking Minutes of Annual General Meeting, Board Meeting and Audit Committee Meeting
∎ Coordinate preparation and timely submission of Management and Company Income Tax Return along with Audited Accounts to NBR
∎ Coordinate on time VAT return submission to NBR
∎ Calculate tax for deduction from Employees' Salary (deduction at source) as per NBR rules, and send advise to HR department with due approval of Management and acknowledgement of the respective employees
∎ Prepare employees Salary Certificate for return submission to NBR as per Challan
∎ Managing of PF Accounts and ensure compliance formalities as per NBR requirements
∎ Any other Job assigned by Management and Concerned Authority

∎ Good communication skills in speaking, reading & writing in English & Bangla and email
∎ Candidate has to be self-motivated, highly productive and with a reliable working attitude as a good team player
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure
∎ Good Analytical skill
∎ Well versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote etc.
