Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing Monthly statement of Financial Position & Statement of financial performance & Cash flow statement of the Company.
∎ Preparation and monitoring budgeting, budgetary control and forecasting.
∎ Compare the monthly results with monthly budget and highlight variances.
∎ Prepare Feasibility report.
∎ Working capital assessment and arranging finance.
∎ Monitoring fund position and arrange finance on requirement (Fund Management).
∎ Maintaining day-to-day correspondence and relationship with bank and financial institution.
∎ Various types of reconciliation work.
∎ Preparing daily fund position report.
∎ Preparing weekly credit financing utilization report.
∎ Ensuring regular data, entry and getting reports & statements.
∎ Establishing monthly provision for expenses & reconciliation.
∎ Regularly monitoring the factory cost related actual data with Budgeted data & find out the variance with proper reasons.
∎ Prepare feasibility report & ability to prepare Forensic report & acknowledge the head of the department.
∎ If any other task assigns by the management.
