The Position is responsible for managing the overall fabric quality process, ensuring compliance with customer and industry standards, while driving continuous improvement through effective QA/QC operations, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Effectively communicate with internal teams (production, marketing) and external customers to align quality expectations and ensure timely resolutions.

• Track and report on overall product quality using FTT/RFT metrics; prepare quality performance summaries for senior management.

• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality systems, and strategic approaches to support consistent product excellence.

• Lead, train, and guide a team of quality inspectors to conduct inspections, generate quality reports, and drive improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with technical and production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement continuous improvement practices.

• Ensure fabric quality evaluations are completed regularly, performance charts are maintained, and any deviations are promptly addressed.

• Monitor cost of quality failures, analyze fabric testing failures, and work with relevant teams to reduce non-conformities and quality-related costs.

• Establish processes to control inline color consistency and quality across all production areas, ensuring alignment with specifications.

• Manage customer complaints and quality issues efficiently to minimize impact; introduce Total Quality Management (TQM) systems to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
