Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Merchandising, Textile Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To source new fabric as per category /fabric manager's guidelines.
∎ To collect necessary fabric details from different Vendors.
∎ All kind of knit fabric sample development as per buyer requirement.
∎ Follow up production from yarn to finished fabric and ensuring on time delivery of fabrics.
∎ Have to solve any technical problem during sample & bulk production.
∎ Assist in making consumption and costing of fabrics.
∎ Regular correspondence with Merchandisers, Buyers and Factory.
∎ Fabric sourcing & booking from inside & outside of Bangladesh.
∎ Check quality of finished goods and report defects.
∎ Organize/maintain new fabric testing/approval.
∎ To prepare all kinds of report, required by the Management/ Buyers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have 7-8 years experience in Fabric merchandising.
∎ Able to work under pressure and for long time.
∎ Willingness to visit factories frequently
∎ Good command in English.
∎ Leadership qualities and computer literacy is a must
