Distribution management, Sales Management and Distribution
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG), Mobile Accessories, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise & monitor the distribution team
∎ Responsible for dealer account creation in SAP and maintaining database
∎ Set national sales target and plan to achieve the target
∎ Competitor product analysis & benchmarking
∎ Demand and required supply plan shared with HQ
∎ Coordinate with BD factory and warehouse for on-time supply and delivery
∎ Assisting Head of Departments to finalize monthly DRP
∎ Monthly DRP target achievement
∎ Ensure product allocation as per the target
∎ Responsible for daily sales and consumption report, target vs. achievement report submit to management every day
∎ Regular monitoring of the secondary sales and dealer stock status
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Analytical and reporting skill
∎ Must be proficient with Microsoft Office specially with MS Excel
∎ Experience of working in SAP will be an advantage
∎ Communication, negotiation, problem-solving skill &Team player
∎ Ability to handle extreme pressure and stress, as well as ready to work for extended hours
∎ Quick learner, disciplined and well-mannered
Salary: Negotiable
