Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Retail Buying or Merchandising or Production
∎ Graduation major in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Finance/ Accounts/ Retail Buying/ Merchandising/ Production from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that each channel have been supplied with adequate product line to optimize business possibilities including:
∎ a) Depth in core product line.
∎ b) Right amount of 'Never Out Of Stock (NOOS)' lines to be revised seasonally with field management.
∎ Allocate proper merchandising mix for each store to achieve estimated sales and stock turn.
∎ Organize product-wise sales estimate on seasonal and yearly basis with field management.
∎ Coordinate with merchandising movements from source of supply to Centralized Distribution Center (CDC).
∎ Ensure production or purchase of 'core' lines prior to the fashion lines.
∎ Ensure that all production and purchase are in line with approved total seasonal budget as well as monthly estimated delivery schedule
∎ Confirm all orders by authorized personnel before providing to manufacturing units or suppliers.
∎ Keep follow up of deliveries and take immediate action in case of late deliveries.
∎ Review distribution of NRSD channel and recommend changes/actions if required.
∎ Keep follow up of sales of new products and ensure adjustment of production/purchase upwards or downwards.
∎ Establish and maintain constant communication with chain merchandisers.
∎ Coordinate with inter-transfer of stock.
∎ Ensure proper size assortments.

∎ Able to work as a team and individual
∎ Should have capability to liaison with sales channel
∎ Hard working & time oriented
