We are looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing to lead and manage our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capability, hands-on digital marketing expertise, and the ability to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the digital marketing team

• Ensure timely delivery of all digital marketing tasks and campaigns

• Monitor team performance and maintain workflow efficiency

• Guide and support the ads team in campaign monitoring, optimization, and performance improvement

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms

• Analyze campaign performance and generate performance reports

• Coordinate with creative, content, and management teams for campaign execution

• Maintain quality standards across all marketing activities

• Identify new growth opportunities and marketing trends

• Maintain the facebook, YouTube channel of the organization and boost necessary post.

• Communicate with the vendor and report to the management on SEO.
