∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Preferable Marketing/Digital Marketing and Computer Science

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop and execute Enterprises' digital/ online marketing strategy to include online, news media, web, e-commerce and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to drive the business forwards through key marketing channels.
∎ Manage online branding, communications and campaigns through the company website, email marketing, building the online community, attracting new customers, creating brand advocacy, and search marketing.
∎ Enhance corporate image in Digital, Social and News Media platforms and ensure that all marketing initiative in digital platforms is being executed effectively, cost-efficiently and as per priority.
∎ Google Ads planning, measurement, audience & keyword analysis for best CPR on PPC & display ads
∎ Manage organization's website and optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Plus, etc.
∎ Customer Relationship Management over phone, social media, email and other channels.
∎ Manage the security and smooth functioning of digital assets such as websites, domain, hosting, social media and other accounts etc.
∎ Complaint Management and solving complaints with cross-departmental help
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programmer's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Must be a creative thinker and problem solver.
