A renowned Ceramic/Porcelain Manufacturing Company is looking for potential candidate for the position of Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager– Export (Sales & Marketing) at Head office, Niketon, Dhaka.

• The candidate needs to perform Export related job activities under the guidance of GM- Sales & Marketing of the company.

• Candidates with experience in export-based sales and marketing are encouraged to apply only.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the export process from order confirmation to final shipment, ensuring smooth coordination with production, commercial, and logistics departments.

• Identify, research, and evaluate potential new export markets and potential distribution partners.

• Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and gather information to recommend product/design requirements and sales strategies for specific country demands.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, terms of sale, and contracts with foreign clients to ensure favorable and profitable conditions for the company.

• Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts, weekly/monthly sales performance reports, and market analysis reports for senior management.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of export regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance for all target countries to mitigate operational and financial risks.
