Job Context:
∎ Agrow Fruits And Vegetables Ltd. is a concern of Khaled Group, whch is a state-of-the-art aseptic fruits & vegetables pulping plant located in Chapai Nawabganj. The above-mentioned position will be responsible to maintain the quality of the product and to supervise and lead a production team according to international standards. In this context, Agrow Fruits And Vegetables Ltd. is looking for proactive, qualified, and experienced Asst Manager / Deputy Manager, Production.
∎ • Business unit: Agrow Fruits And Vegetables Ltd.
∎ • Reports to (Position): Project Manager.
∎ • Department/Function: Production.
∎ • Purpose of the job: Ensuring Productivity, Product development, preliminary production in process control & final production. Works closely with QC, Sourcing, Logistics and Marketing dept. to ensure safe and efficient production requirements while maintaining strict product quality guidelines and expectations.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The overall production process monitoring.
∎ Implements best practices and follows lean manufacturing principles to improve departments overall efficiencies. Responsible for maintaining KPI's.
∎ Provides effective and timely training guidance and motivational corrective action and performance reviews to supervisors; communicates Management's expectations and objectives.
∎ The overall departments safety, housekeeping, quality, productivity, employee conduct and performance, and staff acquisition. Co-chairs safety committee with warehouse manager.
∎ Assists the Food Safety team leader to ensure team member training, compliance and enforcement of all company policies including food safety, GMP, SOP's, SSOP's, HACCP, and all local, state and federal laws.
∎ Developing and implementing SOP's for all production operations.
∎ Participates in project teams that improve productivity, control costs, reduce waste, maintain quality and food safety standards.
∎ Prepare Monthly, Weekly and Daily production plan & maintain production according to the sales plan.
∎ Ensure quantity of production based on the plan.
∎ Prepare periodical storage, physical distribution and movement plan as per production plan.
∎ Ensure safety stock of fresh fruits & vegetables, packaging materials and finished goods to meet the market demand.
∎ Ensure that machine run at optimum speed & efficiency and maintain production records, maintain the right setting for the machine.
∎ Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality control and others department.
∎ Product Costing.
∎ To Control the Wastage percentage of the Factory to a minimum level.
∎ Development and Implementation of production schedule that meet needs of the marketing team.
∎ Monitor & maintain ETP plant & quality of water.
∎ Prepare and submit Daily performance report to Line Manager
∎ To execute any jobs as assigned by the higher authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Minimum of 3 - 8 years of working experience as Asst. Manager/ Sr. Executive Production in a fresh fruits and vegetables production/manufacturing environment and a warehouse pick/pack operation with heavy employee management experience on Fruits & vegetables pulping / Fruits Juice Manufacturing industries.
∎ Proven track record of continuous improvement successes and efficiencies, familiar with lean manufacturing principles including: 5-S, Kaizen, Six Sigma and Root Cause Analysis
∎ Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing & moderate computer skills
∎ Familiarity with food safety ISO, HACCP,GMP standards, including FDA, BRC & 3rd party audits.
∎ Self-motivated and goal-oriented; able to work effectively under pressure with high energy and proactive style, brings well developed sense of urgency to all work.
∎ Demonstrate the ability to analyze, priority plan, multi-function and manage time effectively
∎ Adequate knowledge to fruits and vegetables pulp and puree lab test.
∎ Good communication and computer operating skill.
