Animal Husbandry / Agriculture / Fisheries বিষয়ে Diploma বা Bachelor degree (প্রেফারেবল)

Poultry, fish farming, cattle management-এ কমপক্ষে ২–৫ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা

Farm management সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা থাকতে হবে

Basic veterinary knowledge থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে

Hardworking এবং field work করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে

Job Context:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced candidate in animal husbandry, especially in poultry, fish farming, and cattle management. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper care, feeding, breeding, and overall farm operations to achieve optimal production and health standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Poultry (মুরগি), fish (মাছ), and cattle (গরু) farming operations পরিচালনা করা

• প্রাণীদের সঠিক খাবার, পানি এবং পরিচর্যার ব্যবস্থা নিশ্চিত করা

• Farm hygiene ও biosecurity maintain করা

• রোগ প্রতিরোধ ও চিকিৎসার জন্য vet-এর সাথে coordination করা

• উৎপাদন (ডিম, দুধ, মাছ) মনিটর করা এবং রিপোর্ট তৈরি করা

• Breeding, vaccination, feeding schedule maintain করা

• Farm workersদের supervise ও training দেওয়া

• Feed management এবং cost control করা

• Daily, weekly, monthly report প্রস্তুত করা

• Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
• Festival Bonus: 2
